Gluten-Free Clinker Slice

Yes, you read that right. Gluten-Free Clinkers (and they’re coeliac safe – YAY!!)

I purchase the GF/Coeliac safe clinkers through The GF Lolly Co. It’s an Australia-based business, and they’ve kindly provided me with a discount code. If you use code CELIA10 you’ll get 10% off orders over $50.

Shop Clinkers (they’re called Clangers on the website): HERE

NOTE: This is an affiliate code and I may make a small commission off any orders placed.

This slice is super easy, but I will admit the clinker topping can be fiddly and requires a bit of patience.

Ingredients

Directions

  • Crush the Gluten-free Scotch Fingers till there’s a mix of fine crumb and a few small clumps. I like there to be a bit of crunch.
  • Add in the melted butter and the condensed milk.
  • Combine then add in the Gluten-Free Smarties (optional)
  • Place the mixture in a lined baking tray, then top with the melted chocolate.
  • Cut the Gluten-Free clinkers into three pieces, then add to the top of the slice. Push them slightly into the melted chocolate.
  • Allow the slice to set in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Then cut into desired slices and enjoy!

Notes

Hi, I'm Celia!

I was diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2022 and have been on a mission ever since to make gluten free food taste just as good as the real thing.
